RTA Cabinet Parts are wrapped per cabinet stacked on pallets and strapped. Shipping cost will be quoted to the address on the order form. Please specify any special requirements such as a preferred Carrier, different ship to address, or special requirements. We offer Assembly, this option should not be used for orders requiring shipment via Freight Line due to potential for damage. Unless the order is large enough to justify a direct Shipment (dock to dock). Dock to dock shipments are stacked and protected by us and you can be reasonably assured will arrive damage free.

2) Box type 1/2" material, dowel constructed, with a dadoed-in 1/4" bottom and an Accuride 3832 slide
3) Grass 6000 Zargen series metal slide with 3/4" bottom and back material.

Cabinet cases are construction bored for 8mm dowels, and line bored for hardware placement. Preglued dowels are inserted in the Top / Bottom / Rails. Standard line bore consists of a front row setback at 37mm and a rear row spaced for most common drawer slides. Standard base side panel heights are in 32mm multiples (544, 576, 608, 640, 672, 704, 736, 768, 800). The distance from the bottom of the side to the centerline of the first hole is 46.5mm. Standard top Drawer Front heights are either 125mm (4.92") or 157mm (6.18") with this pattern. If a special placement is required, such as an extra middle row for undermount drawer slides, please specify under notes.
The rear row can be moved if other brands of slides are being used. Specify brand slide to bore for, along with the dimension from the face to the CL of the rear row, on cabs with drawers. Cases with shelves only will have the rear row set for shelving.
We can drill custom patterns for an additional upcharge. The customer must supply a boring pattern for each cabinet. Pricing is based on how many unique patterns we must program. The cost for this service may not be cost effective for small orders, however large orders of the same unit would only incur a charge for a single pattern.
Assembly:
Assembly is available for local customers we deliver to or who will pick-up. This option should not be used for orders requiring shipment via Freight Line due to potential for damage. Design Name:
Basic Cabinet Designs, and Descriptions are pictured on the preceding page under "Base, Wall, and Tall pages". Please insure you use the correct Design Name.
Base cabinets can be ordered in any width or depth without affecting the 32mm design, but base cabinet side panel heights must adhere to the 32mm increment when drawers are required. If drawers are not required or the customer is supplying the drawers and slide location is of no importance, then any side panel height can be ordered. Use the designs listed under Case Only.
Wall cabinets can be ordered in any width or depth without affecting the 32mm design. The height can be in 32mm increments, or any height if symmetrical hinge boring is of no concern.
Specify the actual Box dimensions. For example the depth = the depth of the side panel without any fronts. Height = side panel height without any countertop or toebase. Width = the outside wfininshed width.
Prices are determined by adding a design charge + materials. For example, a base case made of melamine has the same design charge as a base case made of plywood, the material charge would be the only variable. This method allows for unlimited combination of materials and edgebanding; however, it prevents us from providing a "per foot" or typical pricing. Customers can print the Habersham Casework Inc. Shop drawings are available for cabinets that we will be manufacturing. Shop drawing charges are based on an hourly rate and can be quoted at time of cabinet pricing.
