Closet System Components, Display Components, RTA Furniture parts, Shelving.

Materials

Customers can order cut-to-size parts from any of the following materials Plywood, Particleboard, Melamine coated panels, MDF, Prefinished plywood, Plastic Laminated Panels. Normally we order the material required locally, but the customer can drop ship material directly to us, when special materials are required.

Cutting

Part sizes are entered into a cutlist program for optimization and cutlist generation. CNC instructions are generated along with part labels that can show various customer provided info for each part. Parts are then cut on a computer controlled beam saw.

Edgebanding

Cut parts can be edgebanded with Wood Veneer, 1mm and 3mm PVC's, and HPL.  Only common colors and materials are stocked, edgebanding material is ordered for each job. We can edgeband cut to size parts with most any material, provided the material requested is available.

Drilling

Cut parts can be drilled to customer specifications using manual or CNC boring machines.

Ordering and Pricing

Customers can print the Habersham Casework, Inc. Cut Part Order Form and list part quantities, dimensions, edgebanding requirements and material specifications.  Fax the Form to (706) 538-6499 and we will return a price quote. Please include   drawings for boring patterns and specifications as necessary. Please include a phone number and contact name in case of questions.

Shipping

Cut Parts are stacked on pallets, wrapped for protection and strapped. Shipping cost will be quoted to the address on the order form. Please specify any special requirements such as a preferred Carrier, different ship to address, or special requirements. Local Customers may request delivery or pick-up orders at the plant.
